4-H membership is open to all boys and girls who are 7 years of age and have not passed their 19th birthday by January 1st of the current 4-H year. A youth can join at anytime during the year. To join, just attend a local community meeting, or call the Extension Office.
To enroll, you need to fill out a 4-H Online Enrollment and Participation Form with your personal contact information, and select the project(s) you are interested in taking.
4-H members are required to renew their enrollment on an annual basis. 4-H Online makes this easy! 4-H Members have until May 1st of each year to add or drop projects. What you are enrolled in on May 1st will be your finalized 4-H project list for the rest of the year.
